Our Vision
Mysafe, in keeping with the vision of many members of the prestigious Safe Deposit Federation, a global foundation of members who aspire to providing quality safe deposit box services worldwide, takes a leadership role in the deployment of automated insured convenient safe deposit box centers. For too long, clients have been conditioned to believe they must fulfill an ever- increasing list of “Conditions” before elevation to the privileged ranks of those “eligible to rent a box”! MySafe is focused on delivering "client centric" services which fully reflect the needs of a discerning (and often mobile) global client base. In so doing, we lift the humble safe deposit box service into the 21st century.
Corporate Structure
MySafe Global Vaults Limited has significantly strengthened its strategic potential with an announcement in December 2019 that Safika International Holdings (PTY) Limited (www.safika.co.za), a South African based investment company established in 1995 and led by two of South Africa’s most distinguished businessmen, Sakumzi 'Saki' Macozoma and Moss Ngoasheng, Safika, had acquired a 26% shareholding in the company. Safika has a broad diversified portfolio of interests in financial services, mining, agriculture, transport, health, gaming, aerospace, property and communication and a close working relationship (and reciprocal shareholding) with Standard Bank Group, Africa’s largest lender by asset with operations across 27 African countries. Safika’s Chairman, Saki Macozoma was formerly deputy Chairman of Standard Bank and formally Chairman of the Banks large subsidiary Liberty Holdings. Mr. Moss Ngoasheng Deputy Chairman and CEO Safika Holdings (PTY)Ltd will join Co- Founders and fellow shareholders Mr. William Pike, Miss. Keza Bunyenyezi and Mr. Terry Downes on the board of MySafe Global Vaults.

Located at the new wing of the prestigious Sarit Center, convenient to all clients, we offer all clients total privacy and bring peace of mind by developing the most advanced security infrastructure of its kind in the world. There is a reason why MySafe is also the only safe deposit box company in the Africa to offer all clients the option to insure the contents of their box with Lloyds of London, the largest insurance market in the world. Using advanced safe robotics and a fully integrated privacy pod, we lift the safe deposit box into the 21st century. Integrated technology means that to access your box, you need a bank standard swipe card, a 4 Digit pin code, a bio Metric Vein verification reader and you are the only individual with a key to that box. Unlike traditional safe deposit box centers, you will not see any “wall of box’s”, instead all our safe deposit boxes are located inside a customized automated safe described as the most advanced of its kind in the world and the advanced robotics delivers the box to its registered owner in less than ten seconds.

A Global Entrepreneur focused on innovation and the development of Strategic Security initiatives with potential for exponential growth, Terry is the founder and current CEO of Dubai based "MySafe Vaults DMCC" , a "World's First" Automated, (Lloyds) Insured Convenient, Safe Deposit Box service.An Irish Military Anti -Terrorist background led in turn to a career in the private sector focused on specialised logistics security culminating in his appointment of Head of Group Security with global Freight Integrator TNT at the group's headquarters in the Netherlands.He has also studied Advanced Cargo Security Management at Merchant Marine Academy, King's Point, New York, worked in the US to explore the success of the initial US Multi -Jurisdictional Cargo Apprehension Task teams (CARGO CAT's) and led TNT, at that time one of the largest Integrated Freight Forwarder in Europe to join the Transported Assets Protection Association.
WILLIAM PIKE

William is a British citizen and holds a MA in African Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in History from York University. From 1986 to 2006 he ran the New Vision, the national newspaper of Uganda which remained highly profitable under his management.In 1993 he started the first private FM radio station in sub-Saharan Africa when he launched Capital Radio in Uganda. With other partners,that was the foundation for the start of the Radio Africa group which today has six leading radio stations, two TV stations, the Star newspaper and multiple websites in Kenya.William is an author, serial entrepreneur and the current Convergence Director of Radio Africa Group and a director of Star Publications in Kenya. He is resident in Nairobi but travels regularly to Uganda and the UK. William is married with two children.

Keza is the co-founder of ComzAfrica, which provides innovation driven value addition to telcos and utility companies in Africa and the Middle East. As a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in advertising & banking, Keza quickly recognized and understood the need for overdraft facilities and short-term cash advances in the African market and,together with a top-notch team, has applied it to the Telecom world.Through her work at ComzAfrica,Keza has been at the forefront of shaping the Mobile Value-Added space through the development and roll-out of micro-lending platform Airtime Credit Solution.A spirited entrepreneur, Keza firmly believes that the success of a business is rooted in strategically building a strong team. Having done this with ComzAfrica, Keza has now redirected her energy to nurturing and growing her family enterprise. Keza and her late father created the family enterprise through a series of investments in startups and assets.Inspired by their collective vision, and the incredible opportunities across Africa,Keza has now transitioned from solely working on ComzAfrica to working on the strategic direction of the family’s various investments, with the goal of creating a formidable legacy of impact, prosperity, and sustainability.
MOSS NGOASHENG

Deputy Chairman & current CEO Safika Holdings Mr. Moss Ngoasheng joined the board of MySafe Global Vaults. Mr. Moss Ngoasheng, one of the most distinguished businessmen in South Africa today, completed a bachelor's degree in Economics and International Politics while incarcerated as a politicalprisoner together with Nelson Mandela on Robben Island. Following his release he then went on to graduate with a first class Honours degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Natal (now the University of KwaZulu-Natal) after which he studied at the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, gaining a Master's degree in Development Studies (First Class).His distinguished career saw him serve as economic advisor in the South African Presidency 1995 to 2000 and for a number of years, he also served on the African National Congress's (ANC's) economic policy unit. He has consulted to the World Bank and National Housing Forum (South Africa) on aspects of economic policy in South Africa. In addition to the role he plays with Safika, Moss is Chairman of the board of SABSA, the parent company of South African Breweries and a member of the board of Dimension Data Middle east and Africa, Wingate Group Holdings (pty) Ltd and Business Leadership South Africa. He is a member of Harvard University's Index of African Governance Advisory Council.
